Business Application Sales Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, sales specialist, to:

Generate leads by reaching out to customer prospects through cold calling, networking, social media & email initiatives, sales visits, and presentations.
Develop and maintain positive and fruitful relationship with customers.
Establish and achieve ambitious sales goals.
Build the foundations of an efficient and reliable sales organization.
Support company growth by generating a steadily increasing revenue stream.


Requirements:
"Hunter" mentality with excellent lead generation skills
Basic understanding of Business Applications: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Plant Maintenance (e.g. Maximo, SAP), Document Management (e.g. Documentum, Sharepoint) or similar.
Familiar with CRM and Business Development practices.
BS/BA degree or equivalent
Team player, willing to work in a new and dynamic company.
Ability to work under pressure.
Self-driven and organized with skills in prioritizing and time management.
Capable to work from different locations and keep focus and task oriented.


Responsibilities:
Become and stay fluent in all services offered by DITRA
Stay updated on new market trends and DITRA’s innovative products and services.
Expand customers portfolio and revenue.
Set ambitious sales goals, and design and implement the strategic plan to meet them.
Track progress toward goals and document sales performance.
Arrange and prepare sales visits and presentations.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members.
Work with team members to prepare and propose appropriate solutions to meet each customer needs.
Negotiate and close sales agreements and long-term contracts, in cooperation with team members.
Create and update marketing material and web/ media-based features to promote services and time-sensitive sales.
Spearhead DITRA’s sales and implement effective and efficient sales processes and standards
Support Business Plan with information about market prospects and individual opportunities
Maintain Customer Relationship Management records
