200 Proof is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant!
About 200 Proof: We are a prominent event staffing agency in West Hollywood, CA. We have been staffing since 2004 and operate in both LA and NYC.
Administrative Assistant tasks will include:
Maintaining a roster of over 450 staff in Los Angeles and New York
Booking bartending, serving and brand ambassador staff for events
Creating and sending job details for events
Scheduling and administrative tasks
Approving timesheets for payroll
Interviewing and on-boarding new hires
Managing events on-site
Maintaining sign-in sheets
Keeping the office organized, filing, scheduling
Loading files and events photos to Dropbox
Social media posting and maintenance
Examples of events we staff for: Critics Choice Awards, SAG Awards, Emmy's, Golden Globes, television and movie premiere after parties, Coachella, Paramount Studios, NeueHouse, private estate parties, weddings, Halloween and holiday parties, and countless other events in the LA area and beyond.
We're interested in someone who is smart, organized, motivated, and works well in a fast-paced environment. You will need to both take and delegate direction with ease. An ability to streamline in-office and on-site operations into heightened efficiency is a plus.
Proficiency in Word and Excel would be very helpful as well.
