Administrative Assistant

Join a leading events marketing firm in Southern California!

We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support at our Call Center in Fullerton. This position will enter data from 250-350 leads into a spreadsheet and into our industry specific database daily. This position will also provide general office support duties such as phone calls and ordering supplies, as well as any other duties tasked by the call center manager.

This is a full-time position Monday-Friday from 1PM - 9PM. Medical insurance is available, as well as paid vacation and sick leave.

Requirements:

**Must be college graduate
**Must be able to work the required schedule
**Must be driven and computer savvy
**Must be able to type minimum of 50 WPM (please take assessment right after applying)
**Highly proficient with MS Excel and MS Word
**Ability to adapt to ongoing changes, challenges, and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
**High level of organization and attention to detail
**Professional and effective verbal and written communication
**Excellent ability to navigate the internet and utilize search engines
**Reliable transportation and ability to run errands locally when needed
**Positive, professional attitude with professionalism and reliability
**Position is full-time and hourly at $13/hour for a probationary period of 60 days with an increase to $14/hour.
