Appointment Setting Representative

We are looking for an experienced Representative to join our team. This position involves making outbound cold calls and setting appointments for the client's sales team to demo products. The Representative will be responsible for setting appointments promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You must be comfortable dialing dozens of calls per day.



Requirements:

4+ years outbound calling/cold calling/appointment setting experience
2+ years in healthcare industry ( desired but not required)
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Experience with following a script when making calls
Experience working with xxx-xxx-xxxx or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent listing skills
High level of integrity and work ethic.
Experience with customer relationship management software.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Previous work at home experience or call center experience (desired but not required)
Ability to work independently
Strong driven desire to be persistent in setting up demos with the appropriate party


Job Duties:

Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin scheduling a demo
Follow a script for setting up demo appointments
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
Schedule product/service demonstrations
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
Appropriately communicate brand identity
