Private Swim Instructor/Lifeguard

The Swimming Swan, LLC is now hiring Experienced and Certified Swim Instructors and Lifeguards for our 2019 spring and summer seasons!

We are a family owned company with over 50 years experience in the Aquatics industry. Our Team provides private water safety services to families, communities and organizations that need our expertise. We service the following areas of Santa Clara County: Campbell, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Stanford and Saratoga.


Applicants must Meet the Following:

At least 2 years prior swim teaching experience or Current WSI Certification
At least 1 year Lifeguard Experience
Lifeguard Positions - Current Lifeguard Certification, Must be 16 Years of Age or Older
Current CPR/First Aid Certification
Current Driver’s License, Insurance & Reliable Transportation
Pass Background Screening + Evaluation

Pay Rates:

Swim Instructor hourly pay range is from $38 - $44 depending on location, experience and certifications.
Lifeguard hourly pay range is from $25 - $35.
