Come join our massage family! Native Zen Massage is looking for a motivated and reliable individual who is wanting to grow with our team. We are a one of a kind massage practice/boutique with a fun, easy going and drama free atmosphere. This is an independent contractor position with teamwork expectations. We are located at 1990 S Garrison St unit 2 and 3 Lakewood Co. inside Woodlake shopping center.
Shifts available:
Monday 8:00 am - 1:30 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am - 1:30 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am - 1:30 pm
Thursday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm (MANDATORY) Every Other Saturday on Odd weekends you have the option to work longer Saturday shifts
Sunday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm OR 9:00 am - 3:00 pm OR 2:00 pm -7:30 pm (MANDATORY) You have the option to work longer shifts on any Sunday.
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory shifts and our busiest! We are flexible if you need time off and everyone is willing to cover shifts when needed.
You must be able to perform deep tissue or willing to learn. We provide sheets,lotion, and tools provided to work in a functioning atmosphere. You are responsible for your own laundry (washer/dryers on site) and end of shift cleaning tasks that include but are not limited to making sure your room is ready for next shift, refilling your lotion bottle at the end of each shift, and front lobby/bathroom cleanliness.
Requirements:
-Certification from an accredited Massage School with the mandatory state hours needed
-Colorado State Massage License
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Willing to work at least 3 shifts that include Saturday and Sundays
-Leadership and teamwork attitude
Pay: Starts at 38% commission plus tips. After 3 month trial period commission is 40% plus tips
There is potential for higher pay with all of our added upgrades
$49-$72 starting commission average with tips
