Duties included overseeing and tracking food, beverage and supply orders daily, maintenance and repairs, payroll, employee schedules, cost of goods, client affairs, catering and venue event organization, marketing, staffing, labor reports, filing and creating templates for organizational and tracking purposes, tracking my staffs progress and areas of improvement while maintaining the level of customer service that our guests deserved. Daily task always included floor management and supervision of staff in order to make sure that the standards of service were not only met but exceeded.

Office duties included creating call sheets, ordering supplies as needed, staffing, coordinating the pick-up and drop off of all rental equipment, tracking invoices and payroll forms. On set duties included managing the set (anywhere from 15 -20 people), assigning tasks to staff to keep production running soothly , as well as managing the location from possible tourist or paparazzi.
