Snow Removal
We are need of Snow laborers/Crew who are willing to drive our vehicles in inclement weather such as snow, ice, and rain. The ability to travel to and from work during such circumstances are excepted. This position includes sidewalk maintenance, clearing sidewalks during snow events, and salting when necessary after a storm, when it rains, and temperatures are below the acceptable margins. Employee's must be okay working outside during winter storms and reliable. This is a position where you are on call when any winter weather event is expected. Those who reside in New Jersey are preferred due to traveling in hazardous conditions.
Metro Snow Solutions has a family based atmosphere with employees. Although we offer temporary positions, we pride ourselves in the importance of treating our employee's equally and respectfully regaurdless of the conditions. We are flexible under some circumstances while working or when coming into work.

Duties/ Preferred skills include:
Cleaning sidewalks
Salting sidewalks
Knowledge of operating snow blowers
Ability to operate other machinary (is a plus)
Will be working with quads to clean sidewalks
Schedules: *vary by storm*
Generally 10 hour shifts
On call
Weekends
Nights/Early mornings
Day times
Educations:
Highschool or equivalent
Work Location:
Multiple site locations within a centrally located area
One yard for initial meet up and to grab vehicles
