San Jose State University Flexible Hire
The Commencement Group is looking to hire student workers to help us service the San Jose State University graduation December 14th-17th. We will be hiring students to sell flowers and commemorative merchandise at the SJSU commencement! With the amount of hours we have available, you have the opportunity to make a substantial amount of money in a short amount of time.
Not only can you work your school's local graduation but we have travel opportunities to service other events across the western United States.
Qualifications:
Reliable and responsible
Stamina to work long hours
Organizational skills
Effective member of a team
Contribute towards sales goals
Positive attitude throughout the day
Adaptability and flexibility
Outgoing and personable
Comfortable interacting and communicating with high volumes of people throughout the days
Responsibilities:
Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site
Financial:
Hourly pay of $15/hour
Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals
