Tennis Shop Sales Associate

Introduction/Summary:
Join a racquet team of professionals who love the racquet sports, and play all day long, and provide great gear to sell. This candidate would be mainly in the shop helping customers with their merchandise choices, helping the pros with their lessons and events, all while enjoying great views of the outdoor courts and club grounds.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a modest tennis pro shop with apparel, racquets, etc.;
• Help keep the shop looking neat and welcoming;
• Be professional with a pleasant attitude;
• Meet shop guidelines for personal appearance and attendance;
• Direct customers to locations, provide information;
• Answer phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally;
• Book court times and lessons using club website;
• Use Jonas Encore software for billing customers, taking payments, etc.
• Sell merchandise and process returns;
• Be nice to everyone.

Job Qualifications:
• US work authorization (Required)
• Proficient in using computers
• Proficient in using WORD, EXCEL
• Proficient in using the internet
• 1 Year Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
