Youth Athletic Performance Coach

Presently looking for a qualified part-time youth athletic performance trainer.

Note:

Accepting paid internship role too for individuals with less experience in this field, yet are focused on exercise science.

This position will involve the positive engagement and coaching of young athletes between the ages of 8 and 18.

The areas of athletic development training will focus on:

- Game speed for sports

- Agility (multidirectional movement)

- Functional Strength (weight lifting, etc)

- Power Development (plyometrics, etc)

- Injury Reduction Strategies

- Confidence Building (mental and emotional)

Candidate must possess strong communication skills - verbal written. High energy and enthusiasm is a must. Further, they must possess plenty of patience and empathy for the coaching and empowerment of young and inexperienced athletes.
