Worship Pastor

Duties
- Plan, prepare and lead worship services on Sunday mornings and for special events
- Lead and participate in community outreach programs
- Develop and implement strategies for worship team/church growth and engagement

 

Requirements

-Heart of a pastor with a passion to see people encounter God
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people
- Commitment to personal spiritual growth and ongoing professional development

-Strong vocalist; the ability to lead from one or more instruments is a plus.
