• We provide PAID training to assist you in obtaining your certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.

Job Title: Entry level and advance behavior technician jobs (20 Open Jobs). We provide PAID training. No experience needed.

Locations: Monument, Colorado Springs, Fountain, and Pueblo

Flexible Work Schedule – No Evenings or Weekend Work: We are open on Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We support a great work / life / study balance for our team members.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Some College Work or College Degree mean increased compensation opportunities
Verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are vital to the organizations culture of teamwork, staff development, quality of services, and family engagement

Physical Qualifications:

Able stand, kneel, squat, walk, run, jump, and engage with students for extended periods of time
Able to lift/support 25-75 lbs.
Able to implement all Safety-Care procedures safely

Leadership Responsibilities:

Work with a team that promotes camaraderie, compassion, and learning
Engage families with compassion and build a rapport to embrace parent training throughout their child’s day
Work closely with the clinical team including development of skills while working directly with clients
Embrace the therapeutic philosophy and organizations culture of compassion and self-development

Preferred Skills:

Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite (Primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent multi-tasker
Proven ability to work under pressure
Experience in behavioral assessment, treatment, and report writing

Other Requirements:

No drug screen, required.
Must pass a national, state, and local criminal background check
Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license or agree to obtain such within 30 days
