Development Technician

• Build high-quality wire harnesses on the production floor, following detailed instructions and adhering to customer specifications.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in every harness build, regardless of experience level.
• Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge in harness assembly, from basic to advanced techniques.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to craftsmanship, taking pride in producing work that meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, contributing to a positive and efficient production environment.
• Pay range: $18 - $45 per hour
