Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Weekend Sales Associate to represent CannaCandee at a local night market. You will be responsible for managing our booth, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales. This position requires working outside during the evenings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 PM to ~11:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CannaCandee booth at the @ave_26_on_imperial (instagram) night market, including setup and breakdown each day.

Engage with potential customers, showcasing our products and convincing them to make purchases.

Ensure all materials, supplies, and inventory are organized and presented attractively.

Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions and addressing concerns.

Work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals to earn additional commission.

Handle cash and process electronic transactions.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older.

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and persuade customers.

Positive attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Capable of multitasking and handling busy periods with composure.

Experience in the cannabis or CBD industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work outside and manage the physical requirements of booth setup and breakdown.

Training: One weekend of paid training will be provided by Colin (owner).

Compensation:

$100 per day, totaling $300 for the weekend.

Opportunity to earn additional commission upon meeting specified sales goals.
