Educational Technology Technician
Employee is a Christian who fully supports the Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Statement of ICS and performs in such a way as to fulfill the school mission statement.
Employee is an active church member in good standing at a local Christian church.
Cooperates with the staff and administration in implementing all policies, procedures, and
directives governing the operation of the school.
The employee is always a positive representation of ICS, and a positive role model to students and parents.
Serves as an on-site resource person for users of technology equipment; assists staff and students in the use, operation, and troubleshooting of operating systems. Responds to hardware and software service requests and determines appropriate course of action. Communicates with staff to facilitate service and/or repair. May be asked to introduce the usage of new learning programs to staff and students. Keeps and maintains an accurate inventory of school-site technology equipment, including the tagging of technology assets. Definitely being aware of continually protecting our students from inappropriate sites or activity through technology.
