Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula (BGCP) proudly stands as the largest expanded learning provider in San Mateo County, dedicated to empowering 5,400 TK-College students across 29 sites from East Palo Alto to Daly City. POSITION OVERVIEW
We're seeking a creative, positive and self-driven new teammate to bring technology to life for our members. Our Technology Coordinator, Clubhouse will manage all technology and tech programming that takes place at our Redwood City Clubhouse. The Technology Coordinator, Clubhouse will lead technology electives that are designed to introduce BGCP members to new technologies that inspire a love for learning and tech. Classes might range from introduction to coding (Scratch, Google’s CS First, C------------), to design thinking (MacGyver/Design Tech), to video production, blogging, or photography.
This position will also prepare youth for design competitions like Tech Challenge and the Lego League competition (robotics). You will also work closely with other BGCP staff to leverage their expertise in order to create curricula and provide instruction to youth that are engaging, challenging, and fun.

Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 6:00pm, Thursday 1:30pm – 6:30pm with occasional Saturdays
