Swim Coach
Paso Robles Aquatics is a year-round swim team that aims to help North SLO County athletes of all ages and abilities achieve their goals. Our swimmers practice at Kennedy Club Fitness. Athletes range from first time swim team members to the Junior National level. We are Safe Sport Recognized.
Our club is seeking a part time, year-round age group swim coach for our Kennedy Club Fitness location. The coach will be required to work 12-15 hours per week (3:45pm to 6:30pm Monday-Thursday) for practices and office hours, and approximately two weekends per month for swim meets, under the supervision of the head coach. Possible Friday hours in the future.
We are in need of someone with prior experience as a swim coach, competitive swimmer, and/or youth sports leader to help guide our bronze group (6-9 year olds who are both pre-competitive swimmers and competitive novice swimmers), silver group (8-11 year olds who are novice and intermediate competitive swimmers), and gold group (10-14 year olds who are intermediate and advanced competitive swimmers). Possible opportunities to help with older groups in the future.

• All applicants must be able to meet all USA Swimming membership background check and certification requirements for coaches.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay is hourly, based upon experience.
Schedule:
• Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-6:30pm plus a few office hours
• Two weekends per month for swim meets
