THE ROLE

We are a small boutique looking for a positive and energetic individual to join our sales team. We love helping our customers find just the right outfit for just the right occasion. Our boutique is made up of a diverse mix of high-end designers. We thrive to provide an exceptional customer experience and our commitment to helping our clients is what keeps them coming back. We love our customers!
We have cultivated a positive and warm atmosphere and are looking for a likeminded individual to join our sales team. The right candidate is confident and passionate about fashion and styling our customers. We firmly believe in the power of an amazing new outfit (or three!)

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Retail experience with high-end women's apparel

You must love to sell!!!

''Win together'' mentality

Friendly and attentive; you'll constantly interact with customers who need your styling skills and recommendations

Accustomed to meeting and exceeding sales goals

Demonstrate a natural passion for fashion and trends

This individual will partner with the Store Manager to ensure the operations and systems of the store run smoothly, optimizing profitability and efficiency

A confident communicator-You will style our customers in our latest collections, sharing your detailed product knowledge and providing them with a unique and fun shopping experience

Exceptional customer service and strong relationship building skills

Maintain the stores aesthetic; ensuring that the product is readily available for our customers and that floor sets and standards are upheld at all times

Flexibility with schedule (specifically...available to work most Saturdays and Sundays)

The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using retail software programs and Excel

Experience in social media (Instagram, Facebook) a plus
