Vastly expanding in the PA and NJ regions, our goal is to provide an exclusive occasion that will bring an unexpected twist on BACON. We have participated in many food truck festivals, different breweries, and farmers markets in PA and NJ. “Events go better with bacon!” isn’t just something we say, it’s also the experience we bring to our customers and fans.
About the role:
As wait staff, you are a professional who will work to provide a wonderful experience for our customers. You will ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar customer service. You will greet guests, take meal orders, and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and kitchen. You should be a team player be able to effectively communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and delivered promptly.
Responsibilities:
● Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
● Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
● Making menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
● Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and working in a fast-paced environment.
● Adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
● Effectively communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and delivered promptly
● Up-selling menu items to customers and informing them of specials
● Delivering checks and collecting payment
● Report any customer concerns to the manager on duty
Candidate requirements:
● Strong organizational & multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
● Hands-on experience with cash registers and ordering information system
● Active listening and effective communication skills
● Teamwork experience & an upbeat attitude
● Attentiveness & patience for customers
● Flexibility to work in shifts
● Reliable Transportation
