POSITION: The purpose of the outgoing and passionate Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by selling prospect memberships over the phone or in person and to help with community events. Book prospects into complimentary intro classes and communicate benefits of Pilates to close sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members and upselling. Extensive online and offline paid training given. Part time.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:
• $14 - $16 per hour plus 10% commission on sales

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 years sales or customer service experience (fitness/gym membership preferred)
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Ability to learn prospect/client management systems (ex: Club Ready). Experience with other CRM's a plus.
• Must have proficient computer skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute lead follow up, close and some lead generation.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants and overcoming objections.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
• Other duties as assigned (cleaning) etc.
