Serenity O2 Bar is looking for talented and motivated salespeople to join our team. As a team member, you will help guests find the right services and massagers to soothe their aches, ease their pain, and feel their best. You will help your guests select their services, and then demonstrate our exclusive line of effective massage products at one of our 3 locations in top hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. You will receive Product and Sales Training on the job to help set you up for success!
No experience necessary, just an ambitious drive and hunger to make money!
You are paid Hourly VS. Commission, so you are always guaranteed to be paid for your time even if business gets slow.
This is a W-2, full-time or part-time position. We provide your uniform and all work-related tools.
There is no cap on commission or bonuses, and you keep 100% of your tips.
With a diverse line of quality products, and several locations in prime hotels on the Strip, it’s easy to “write your own paycheck” and start making really amazing money right away!
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent customer service/hospitality skills. You want to deliver the BEST experience possible, because you know that’s how you maximize value and make the most money!
· You have a passion for learning and doing things better. There are always new products and techniques to create more opportunities for big sales.
· You have integrity, a strong work ethic, and you’re a team player. You’ll be working with cash, credit cards, and other employees, either together or separate, to make sales with your guests.
· You know how, or can learn, to apply critical thinking, active listening, persistence and assertiveness to overcome objections and close sales.
· You are genuinely friendly and like people. You’ll be talking to hundreds of vacationers, partygoers, and conventiongoers every day, you need to be outgoing and vibrant to stand out and attract attention.
· No fear of opening a group or individual walking by with a friendly greeting and invitation to try our services.
· You must possess current US work authorization
· 21+ preferred, limited shift/location availability for those under 21. (Most of our locations are on the main casino floors)
We are filling positions immediately! Tourists have flooded back to Vegas, and they’re eager to shop in-person and spend money on a great, memorable experience.
Part-time and Full-time positions available.
Scheduling is done on a weekly basis, flexible for students or people with demanding personal lives.
