Sales Associate

The primary duty of a Sales Associate for ORM is to promote our company’s products or services through excellent customer service. You must be able to welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience. Some heavy lifting is required. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Basic computer skills are required.
Some common responsibilities of a Sales Associate include the following listed below. Training will be provided to ensure each of these objectives can be met.

• Welcome customers into the store and concisely explain the store’s layout

• Be knowledgeable about ORM’s range of rugs and services

• Listen to customer’s design inputs and thoughts and offer the best products for their needs

• Assist customer with searching through a large inventory to help direct the customer’s focus and quickly narrow down possible options

• Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues
