Revenue Development Manager
Portland Radio Project is seeking an inspired Revenue Development Manager to lead all aspects of fundraising (sales, grant applications, donor management, marketing) at Portland Radio Project. S/he/they will identify and cultivate new revenue streams (small business partners, donors, grantors) to ensure incoming revenue meets budget targets. In partnership with a contract grant writer, Rev. Dev. Mgr. will pursue grant applications, managing deliverables and filing final reports. Along with preserving existing partner relationships, and developing new ones, s/he/they will oversee marketing, brand and social media standards and strategies, supervising promotions and fulfilling sponsor/partner commitments.
New Revenue Development Manager will report to and work collaboratively with our Station Manager.
Requirements: 2 years successful revenue development track record; 2 years managing a budget of at least $50-K; good communicator ("people person"); network of Portland-area business contacts/prospects; enjoy cultivating and preserving partner relations, marketing.
About Portland Radio Project: A shared community resource utilized by hundreds of local musicians, nonprofits and small businesses, PRP has grown into a vibrant low-power FM (LPFM) radio station with thousands of streaming sessions, an expanding community of monthly donors, and diverse programming - including a community podcast studio and proactive outreach to traditionally underserved artists.
