As a key member of our retail sales force, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our headwear and lifestyle apparel at pop-up events or at our retail store location in Stonecrest Mall. This position offers an attractive combination of an hourly wage plus commission, providing you the opportunity to earn an uncapped salary based on your sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers, showcasing our products, and closing sales. Your exceptional selling skills will be the driving force behind your earning potential.
Pop-Up Events: Set up and manage pop-up events independently, including assembling tents, tables, and displays. You will be the face of our brand at these events, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Customer Interaction: Create a friendly and approachable atmosphere, making potential customers feel welcomed and comfortable. Fearlessly initiate conversations with strangers, build rapport, and understand their needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our line of headwear and lifestyle apparel, including available colors, sizing, styles, materials, product features, etc.
Merchandising: Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products at pop-up events to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience.
Adaptability: Be open to working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions during pop-up events, ensuring our presence in different locations to reach a broader audience.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
Sales Experience: Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-Motivated: Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Excellent Communication: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with diverse customer groups.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry necessary equipment for setting up pop-up events, including tents, tables, and merchandise.
Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and the ability to transport all materials needed to the job site, including products and event setup equipment.
Passion for Fashion: An interest in headwear and lifestyle apparel is advantageous, as it will help you connect with customers on a deeper level.
Availability: Must be available on weekends during daytime and evening hours to accommodate pop-up events and maximize sales opportunities.

Total Daily Sales of:
$1000 or less: 10% Commission
$1001 - $2000: 12% Commission
$2001+: 15% Commission
