Retail Sales Associate
Hello!
We are a new women's boutique in Nevada City, Rose Market, looking for some helping hands. This job consists primarily of customer service and sales, light cleaning, merchandising, with the potential for creating online listings, or other tasks to keep the shop running. This is part time, and we hope to find someone to grow into a management role.
Our dream shop babe is:
*Organized, friendly and self motivated
*Interested in fashion and sustainability
*Experienced in retail sales and merchandising, with brownie points for online sales through Etsy, Depop, etc.
*Available weekends and into fall
Hours would include two weekday shifts, mandatory weekends, and some special event hours. Normal shop hours are 11-6 daily.
Starting pay is $15/ hr, and open to negotiation based on experience and performance.
