We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to work with and support the executive team and employees to grow our organization and serve the well-being of the institutions and organizations we serve. We seek a Remote Customer Service Representative with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Operational support - invoicing, supplies, scheduling, note taking
Demonstrated proficiency in GSUITE, Gmail, Google Doc, Google Sheets, Google Slide, Google Calendar, Zoom
Supports internal communications - distribution of newsletters, announcements, and other service area-wide communications
Maintaining Calendars
Works in a diverse and inclusive environment; includes contact with employees, student interns, customers, and vendors
Managing/organizing Gmail and phone systems
Coordinating Meetings
Scheduling Appointments
Preparing Agendas
Duties may include more complex administrative activities: managing projects, managing budget, and payroll composing letters and reports, preparing presentations
Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications; and may train others

Qualifications

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency. Associate�s or Bachelor�s preferred.
Must understand, read, and follow written instructions and comprehend verbal instructions
Must be able to remain calm and be personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting
