• You have a minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience in fitness or a similar field and/or public speaking (note: we care about WHO YOU ARE, how you give and share your knowledge & how you are with people, rather than how you look on paper)
• You have a warm, happy, fun personality, are comfortable in-front of people and on-camera, and exude positive energy! Will be a strong attribute and
• You are a leader, have a growth mindset, and a passion for fitness & wellness and helping others reach their goals.
• You believe in upholding a higher standard of authenticity, energy & excellence.
• You're eager to learn and evolve, eager for and receptive to feedback, and you believe in continuing education. We offer in-studio training for those with a passion for fitness and giving back.
• Ability to apply a contemporary approach to classical exercises
• A desire to learn the mechanics of the body and apply that knowledge to the Pilates work and teachings.
• Comfortable working with special populations.
• Comfortable teaching both private and group classes.
• Ability to teach all experience levels and teaching to the body in front of you
• Willingness to complete onboarding once hired
• A desire to promote class attendance
* For those not trained we offer teacher training in the studio! Do not let that hold you back.
DUTIES:
Safely teach a maximum group of 6 students in group setting. 10 for Circuit training.
Availability and willingness to teach privates/semi-privates, complimentary classes to prospective members, workshops, fundamentals and offsite promotion opportunities.
Work carefully with-in your scope of training and practice and uphold the mission, values, goals and integrity of Breathe Pilates LLC as a representative and instructor.
Ensure equipment safety by conducting inspections prior to classes
Maintain a clean and neat environment
Assist with membership sales
Willingness to check-in clients as needed
Being an active promoter of the studio
Attend and contribute to team meetings

• Golden/Lakewood Colorado: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Prepared for the occasional inclement weather situations
