Pet Retreat Manager
Seeking candidate to provide excellent customer service to our clients, to provide excellent care to their pets and to manage and motivate pet care employees to do the same.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ensuring employees are completing daily tasks properly and safely
Checking in/checking out customers and their pets
Answering phone calls/emails
Scheduling/canceling reservations
Preparation of daily paperwork
Providing pick-up & delivery service of pets
Administering medications to pets
Providing daily care to dogs, cats and other small animals
Daily cleaning/disinfecting dog suites & cat condos
Cleaning cat litter boxes
Preparing and serving meals to all pet guests
Exercising dogs of all breeds and sizes
Daily cleaning of exercise yards
Bathing dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes
Trimming nails on dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service and pet care of dogs and cats
Valid driver’s license
Positive attitude
Reliable
Flexible
Team player
Ability to work weekdays, every other weekend and some holidays

Salary: $17,472.00 - $33,280.00 per year
