Trellis 925 is a family & 100% women-owned and operated Wedding and Event Venue business, excited to welcome a new teammate in Sales with a focus on closing clients in the tour-to-book process.

We are looking for an energetic and professional sales representative who shares a passion for seeing the joy of our clients� special wedding/event day, and wants to make their sales experience just as special as their memorable event! Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about meeting new people with the ability to make them feel special, help them envision their wedding/special event/corporate meeting at our venues, and have an innate ability to close the sale.

Job Requirements
- Meeting one-on-one with potential clients to tour them through the venue.
- Answering client inquiries and questions in a friendly and timely manner.
- Initiate a thorough follow up process with potential clients on an ongoing basis until the sale is closed or lost.
- Self-motivated sales professional with the ability to work alone to maintain sales goals.
- Ability to lift furniture and setup/stage event decor if necessary.
- Update CRM system with notes and information from your meetings/tours.
- Understand venue rates, packages and specials, venue rules and be able to clearly and enthusiastically explain these to clients.

What we are looking for
- Excellent people skills.
- A passion for selling and closing.
- Proven track record in demonstrating initiative, responsibility, dependability and good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite.
- Organized and timely.
- One year of sales experience with weddings/events (preferred).
- Bilingual Preferred (Spanish).

Job Description
- Part-Time sales position (25 - 32 hours per week average) with potential to move to full-time.
- Setup, meet, tour and follow-up with clients until sale is closed with us or booked at another venue.
- Weekend/Evening venue tours will be required, based on customers� preferred schedule.
- Occasional help with events:
- Day of Coordination assistant
- Facility attendant for Private events
- Set up for events

Compensation
- Bi-weekly pay will be based on the number of tours and type taken (wedding, event, meeting) when proper preparation and follow-up is maintained.
- Bonus for meeting/exceeding established sales goals.
- Medical insurance and 5 days of sick paid time off per year
- Paid holidays for part time hours include your birthday, New Year�s Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
