Sukurai is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Salesperson. As a salesperson, your main goal will be to drive sales growth by exploring various online and offline channels. You will also be responsible for engaging with customers to gather data and expand our customer pool, as well as resolving any customer concerns or issues. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity for further discussions and negotiations based on your work performance.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Identify and explore new sales channels, both online and offline, to expand our customer base
* Engage with customers to collect valuable data and feedback to enhance our products and services
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Must be able to work in-person at our office in Hayward, CA for the standard hours
Working Hours:
The standard working hours for this part-time position will be starting at 10 hours per week. These hours will be primarily office-based in Hayward, CA. However, there is flexibility in terms of scheduling and further discussions and negotiations based on your work performance.
