Part-Time Maintenance Tech

Hello and thank you for reviewing the position. We are seeking a part time Maintenance Tech for our manufactured housing communities located in Sparks, Reno and Carson City, Nevada. Our mission is to get rid of the “Trailer Park” stigma and provide safe, quality housing our customers love and meets their budget.
We are a small, family run business looking for long term employees we can develop a relationship with, trust and grow together. Salary compensation depending on experience.
General maintenance required. Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman work necessary. Mobile home experience preferred
Maintain property in a clean condition; pick up grounds daily and keep clear of trash and debris
Make ready and prepare vacant company owned homes for rent or sale
Vacant Lot prep and clean up for new homes
Attendance, Reliability, Attention to detail, Confidentiality and Professionalism is imperative to the job function
Must be able to lift 50lbs. Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb regularly
Report to management daily. Work closely with the property manager to address all functions of the community.
Capable of working independently. Strong attention to detail and follow up is essential.
Ability to address after hours maintenance emergencies as needed
Part time - 20-30 Hours

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
