Housekeeper, Guest Manager
This position is a partnership with the owners of The Wallace Falls Lodge and our head house keeper/property manager. We are looking for someone who is an experienced and detail-oriented cleaner and who prides themselves in efficiency. This position will vary between 10 and 30 hours a week depending on the season and booking schedule of The Lodge.

� Fluent in verbal and written English
� Independent contractor
� Must show proof that you are licensed and insured (or have immediate plans to become licensed and insured prior to starting the position)
� Applicant must live within 20 miles of Gold Bar, WA. The closer, the better.
HOURS & SCHEDULE
� 10-30 hours/week
� This position will range in hours depending on how busy The Lodge is. Typical hours for cleaning are 11am to 4pm following check-out.
� MUST be available to work a minimum of 2 Sundays a month from 11am-4pm
� MUST be available to work Saturday afternoons/evenings during wedding season (June-September)
� Skilled housekeeper with eye for detail
� Experience with hospitality cleaning or cleaning of a large home or property
� Comfortable with a varying schedule that may range from 10-30 hours a week.
� Well organized & efficient
� Highly dependable (this is absolutely critical in this role)
� Strong communication skills
� Interest and skill in creating and executing on cleaning and household organization schedules
� Ability to oversee and direct other contractors as needed
� Ability to be available by phone to answer guest questions if owner unavailable
� Ability to respond to urgent and/or emergency situations at The Lodge. (This should not be often.)
� Available on weekends
� Available 11am-4pm daily (*Note: working daily will rarely if ever be required. Often cleanings are required 2-4 times a week.)
� Strong customer service skills
� Someone with their own cleaning or caretaking business
� Degree or experience in hotel management
� Event planning experience
� Desire to help with hosting duties for additional Lodge events such as concerts, wine-tastings, etc
