DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Estimate job costs based on hourly rates.
Schedule all jobs and bids.
* Maintain good communication with clients and HOME Program Staff

Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, plaster repair, sanding, wallpaper removal.
Have your own equipment and transportation.
QUALIFICATIONS:

A thorough knowledge of the standard practices, materials and tools used in the painting trade.
2-3 years’ experience in the construction/painting field preferred.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
