Customer Support

We are seeking one qualified, professional candidate to help build custom boxes, custom pallets, pack shipments, send quotes via email and pickup local shipments.

Duties include:
-Report daily to store owner/manager
-Check email, sort and respond using Gmail
-Send quotes using Microsoft Word & Excel
-Answer customers over the phone
-Drive van or box truck to pick-up local shipments
-Build custom boxes using a spreadsheet
-Prepare and pack shipments
-Build pallets & Crates
-Team focused

Required:
-Customer service
-Basic math skills
-Basic computer skills (Gmail, Word, and Excel)
-Craftsman skills with basic tools
-Use a tape measure
-Candidate(s) will need his/her own dependable vehicle
-Have a valid Driver's License and proof of insurance with a clean record
-Team focused
-Profession appearance, clean
-Must speak English
-Must be able to lift 75lbs
-Must be able to work independently

Not necessary but would be a PLUS:
Knowledge of box scoring and cutting tools
Experience driving large vehicles
Handy with power tools and measurement devices

-All tools and equipment are provided
-We are willing to train if you are teachable and willing to learn

Pay starts at $15.00/hour.

Schedule is Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm.
You must be available and on time! Sundays we are closed!
This job is permanent with pay raises every 3 months.
