We are Helpful Ace Hardware Pro Painters, a residential and commercial painting company based in the Denver Metro Area. We offer delightful levels of expertise that raise the bar on what to expect from a painting company and deploy teams who combine surprising levels of kindness and incredible levels of precision.

We are looking for an Office Assistant to support the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, has excellent communication skills, technical skills, a professional demeanor, and has the ability to multitask. To be successful in this role, you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about the production TEAM.

The Office Assistant Responsibilities include:

-Supporting the General Manager and Production Managers
-Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
-Filing and file organization
-Scheduling appointments with customers and internal TEAM
-Process invoices to customers and help with Accounts Receivable
-Any additional duties requested by management, with appropriate training
Essential Skills:

Strong organization and time management
Creative problem-solving and solution-oriented
Customer service experience and strong communication skills
Essential Qualifications:

Active Driver’s License, insurance, and clear driving record
Ability to legally work in the U.S.
Previous experience working in an administrative support environment
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Bilingual in English/Spanish (Preferred)
Work Remotely:

This position will be mostly remote. The Office Assistant is expected to go into the Denver office for training, TEAM meetings, and TEAM building activities.
