Thrive Outside is a growing group practice owned by Rebekah Springs, LMFT, RPT. We are looking for another Occupational Therapist to join our team of Nature-Based child specialists!

About The Position:

We are looking for someone who is excited to be part of a growing practice with a niche in  Nature-Based Occupational Therapy, Play Therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and working with neurodivergent children and teens in the great outdoors!

We provide in-school and outdoor-based services, and you get to discuss your preferences with us based on your desires for a sustainable caseload that meets your needs.

Hours/Schedule:

Part or full-time, based on your goals as a clinician. The schedule can be flexible; clinicians can choose to provide services in-person, telehealth, or a hybrid. We also run a series of super great social groups for neurodivergent kids to work on social-emotional and Occupational Therapy goals outside together! 

Compensation:

60.00/billable hour. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's level degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current unrestricted license (OT) in Oregon.
• Clinical specialty or certifications in the areas of child and family work, nature-based therapy, or willingness to engage in training.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required prior to the start date.
