Music Teacher
Music Teacher

Bucketeers is an after-school enrichment program designed for pre-K and early elementary school children. Our instructional framework involves developing a foundation in rhythm, playing with a steady pulse, learning a variety of patterns, participating in movement activities, and developing hand-eye coordination, all while having fun. Children play along with a diverse set of music: childrens, pop, rock, jazz, and world beat. Each class doubles as a rehearsal building towards an end-of-semester performance in front of friends and family. Bucketeers instructors are provided with the necessary training and support throughout each semester to manage classroom activities with confidence.
?Clear and consistent communication between instructors and parents & school staff allows for everyone involved to be on the same page. Positive energy and enthusiasm are important ingredients for teachers to create an ideal learning environment. Instructors can expect to teach two to five days per week normally between the hours of 2 to 4 PM. The exact pay per hour depends on the enrollment at each school, but often reaches the $50-$100 per hour range.
Bucketeers instructors are energetic and passionate about music and teach percussion to young children. Teachers are required to think on their feet as they implement an established teaching method at an entertaining and fast-moving pace.
