Medical Receptionist Duties:
PATIENT INTERACTION
- Deliver a high level of customer interaction and satisfaction- 100% of the time
- Answer calls, explain services and products, have face to face interactions with customers
- Take vitals (we will train you), check insurance benefits, administer certain treatments like flexion distraction
DOCTOR INTERATION
- Coordinate care plans with our doctors, therapists, and other staff
- Assist with patient case management, treatment plans, and more
