Independant Insurance A and attention tgent Seeks Virtual Administrative Assistant
Ideal candidate:Retired insurance professional looking to supplement their income
Part time to start with potential to full time
Must have:
License for life and health insurance
Self starter-work independantly-with little supervision
Knowledge of insurance industry and coveredca system
pass background check for handling personal client information
Be dedicated to assist clients with compassion, patience and attention to details
Live within 30 mile radius of San Jose
Duties to include:
Available 20 hours per week-3-4 hours a day preferably midafternoon (flexible)
Retrieve calls, call back clients with answers to inquires with a 24 business hours of contact
Respond to email requests
Set appointments
Process applications through Coveredca
Speaks and writes clearly in English
Provide weekly written report of all assignments and activities both completed and pending
Hourly rate pay as 1099 contactor-responsible for filing own taxes
