Job Description: 

*Planning both long and short range classroom activities with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate.  

* Changing diapers based on time/as needed. Help with potty training

* Meet the emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child. 

* Keeping accident/illness reports for each child

* Logging of topical ointments

* Daily Reports 

*Daily health checks

* Logging meal counts and attendance

* Reporting progress and behavior concerns to parents 

* Maintain daily open communication with parents

** Following the appropriate dress code( buisness casual) 

** Maintain confidentiality

**Report and suspect abuse to director or NYS hotline 

** Maintain healthy and safe environment

** Clean and inspect toys, surfaces 

** Attend trainings and in-service meetings 

** Supervise volunteers

** Meet all applicable licensing regulations

Looking for someone who is active and can keep up with active 18month- 4 years old. Must be able to open the center and close the center on certain days.  Good and healthy mindset. Engagement in activity is a must. Loving and caring for the children.
