Hair Stylist

IN BLOOM (www.inbloom101.com), Located in the ever-changing Seattle Pioneer Square, is a salon and beauty boutique where guests can expect quality and consistency from dedicated professionals in the beauty industry. We offer quality products and services for all of our beauty services to ensure the best results. The team at IN BLOOM come from diverse backgrounds and have their own individual styles, yet share the same passion for hair and beauty. With continuing education, we stay on top of the latest techniques and trends in the industry.


Currently, We have two positions available, a full- time/part-time chair rental and/or hourly/commission stylist. At IN BLOOM you will work with business-minded experienced professionals. Located on the ground level, you can expect to grow clients as a stylist/renter. If you are ready for chair rental, work and run your own business in an intimate, modern space in Downtown Seattle where your clients are sure to feel comfortable and confident. We keep our space at a 25% occupancy due to Covid-19 and follow cleaning/disinfecting protocols to the best of our abilities while performing our jobs. It is important that we care for ourselves along with every guest that enters our space.

Chair rental

Here is an amazing opportunity for creative and talented individuals at our storefront boutique salon. I am looking to rent a chair to a reliable hairstylist wanting to make their own money and create their own schedule. First month's rent is half off to help you get started. Must have valid licensing and insurance. Rental rate for full time is $950 monthly. Included in your rent is the following:
Chair and Storage
24/7 salon access
Towels and laundry facility
Kevin Murphy (shampoo, conditioner and styling products). Back bar is provided and the option to sell retail with a 10% commission.
WiFi
Bio and picture on salon website.
Client Beverages (Herbal Teas, and Water) and magazines (pre Covid)

Stylist - Hourly/Commission

IN BLOOM is growing fast! This is a great opportunity for a stylist looking to build a clientele. The position is part-time to start and we will grow you to full-time. Stylist MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF SALON EXPERIENCE. What I need is a hair specialist, someone who can design cuts and colors to fit their client's needs.
You must be eager to learn, build, and grow in a downtown Seattle salon. Applicants must have their cosmetology license. Punctuality, customer service, confidence and professionalism is a must. This position is hourly or commission, whichever is greater. Pay is DOE, I pay well and have high expectations that the one for this position should be able to manage their time and their responsibilities in the salon.
In Bloom will sponsor in-house education as well as continuing education outside of the salon with the position. I Will train the right person if needed.
Job duties would include:

Help with tasks around the salon
Ready to grow with new clients
Must be confident with men's and women's cuts
Current with hair color applications and trending hair painting techniques
Offer EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
MUST BE MOTIVATED TO GROW
Must be willing to market on social media
