Grounds Management Crew
Grounds Management Crew

Great Falls Swim and Tennis Club hires part-time crew members to fill Club and tennis court maintenance shifts this fall and winter. All training is provided. Work requires lifting, bending, standing, and other physical labor.

As part of our team, you'll help sweep and line tennis courts for use during the opening shift (typically 6:30 am-12 noon), provide regular facility cleaning and maintenance during a mid-day shift (typically 12–5 pm), or perform closing duties on the tennis courts during the closing shift (typically 5 pm-11 pm). Opening, mid, and closing shifts are available Monday-Sunday. The schedule is flexible (but must be available for at least three shifts per week and at least one-weekend shift per week).

Opening shifts may include preparing bathrooms and the Clubhouse Pro-Shop and office, using a blower to clear sidewalks and courts of debris, filling water coolers, and other tasks as assigned.
Mid-day shifts may include tidying up areas where Club members visit or play tennis, performing court maintenance as needed, and other tasks as assigned.
Closing shifts include emptying trash cans, brushing and lining clay tennis courts, vacuuming floors, locking the facility, and other tasks as assigned.
Both shifts require a candidate with high integrity, a sense of ownership and strong work ethic, and a desire to go above and beyond. As part of our small team, your hard work won't go unnoticed. A qualified candidate for this position is responsible, diligent, and mature.

The position is excellent for seniors in high school with early release, college students who can work around their schedule, a retired person who wants to finish work by noon daily, or someone looking for flexible part-time hours.
