Front of House Compensation includes an hourly wage plus tips. We provide set scheduling so you will have your schedule in advance.
As a member of our Front of House team, you will act as a representative of our restaurant and are expected to uphold company policies and procedures.
Job Summary
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food and beverages to customers. In addition to this, other duties include cleaning and re-stocking.
Qualifications/ Responsibilities
•Able to communicate effectively with managers and other associates.
•Able to communicate effectively with customers.
•Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
•Accept payments for orders via cash or credit card according to the company’s cash handling procedures.
•Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning stations, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary.
•Balance receipts and payments in cash registers.
•Wrap or package menu item such as sandwiches, entrees, and desserts for serving or for takeout.
Tools Technology
•Point-of-sale terminals and workstations
•Touch screen monitors
•Phones and printers
•3rd party tablets (GrubHub, Doordash, Caviar, Uber Eats, etc.)
