17 Berkshire is a local Memphis Patisserie that specializes in fine pastry, coffee, and tea. We are looking to hire on additional staff to our front sales team. Candidate does not need to have prior barista experience, however they should:
Be upbeat and a generally positive person
Have attention to detail
Maintain a clean work environment
Enjoy making small talk with guests
Value being part of a collaborative group
The ability to work both weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
Reliable transportation
Anticipate the needs of guests and your team
Communication skills to talk to guests, team members, etc.
Job Type: Part-time,with morning availability
Pay: From $8.00 per hour + tips
