A SPENGA Fitness Sales Associate is a positive, energetic, and efficient individual who's ultimate goal is to make every member’s experience a great one and exceed their expectations every day. All associates are responsible for the performance and success of the studio. The job will encompass everything from day-to-day operations to membership sales and brand promotion.

Must be self-motivated. Work will be performed in and out of studio.

Fitness sales experience not required.

Preferred Experience:

-Fitness sales experience: Experience with MindBody Online a plus.

-Phone sales experience

- Engaging, enthusiastic personality

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Awareness of how to meet client needs

Job Expectations:
Sell memberships and retail
Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
Retain and increase client participation through studio event planning and community involvement.
Maintain a clean facility and assist in the set up and reset of studio equipment before and after classes.
Actively help post content on social media platforms.
As a SPENGA ambassador, member experience associates will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
