As Michigan’s fastest growing and most in demand kombucha brewery, Cultured Kombucha Co. creates handcrafted and time honored kombucha for retailers and consumers across the state of Michigan. Our rapidly growing company is seeking a Farmers Market Attendant for the 2023 season.
Cultured Kombucha Co is looking for an organized and enthusiastic team member to support our team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for a healthy lifestyle and a knack for sales. This will include in-depth product knowledge, display set up and removal, direct customer sales, and a vibrant communication effort with customers.
Success in this role means taking an upbeat and intensive approach to daily duties while using our systems for success. Success is documented in this role by customer satisfaction, targeted sales goals, and bringing your creative personality to this role. A strong knack for customer service, creative collaborations, and self motivation is key.

Position Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of Cultured Kombucha Co. product Line
Successful set up/tear down of product Display
Execution on sales and marketing promotional plan
Active sampling and customer engagement
Restocking Display
Use of company Point of Sale system
Use of company inventory system
Use of company Cashbox system
Qualifications:
Consistent attendance
Valid Driver's License
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to work with customers (small talk, answer questions, engagement)
Ability to handle money with honesty and integrity
Common knowledge of kombucha and its role in a healthy lifestyl
Schedule:
Saturdays 6AM - 1PM
Fridays 7AM - 2PM
Compensation:
$15/hour plus 10% of sales Apply at ------------
