About the Role
The Executive Sales Assistant's role is to use your expert skills in executive-level communication, organization, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional client service, own and manage our sales calendar, and proactively support our internal executive sales & coaching team as outlined below.

This role requires an experienced player who is exceptional at complex, time-sensitive calendar management while simultaneously managing independent projects and ownership of administrative processes.

Exceptional communication skills with ALL TYPES of communication is a must.

The right person will demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion, quickly adapts to various software and social media platforms, and is an experienced gatekeeper and highly organized team player.

THE ROLE

Prospects

Manage sales calendar bookings ensuring each booking is qualified, confirmed, and ready for their call
Manage sales team availability ensuring the sales team is not overworking, yet also coordinating time off not to interrupt the lead flow and deliver a high level of availability and service
Correspond with social media comments/inquiries
Correspond with email requests and inquiries
Clients

Ensure payment and agreements are executed
Manage any payment declines/requests to change their credit card
Schedule and post Zoom client call details.
Organize client welcome gift box and event gifts
Research/organize permits, dumpsters, the material delivers
Cooridnate repairs and showings
Leadership Team

Schedule & manage meetings on the CEO's calendar
Client testimonial interviews
Respond and manage CEO incoming emails offering professional responses and resolution to inquiries
Schedule virtual team meetings
Schedule weekly team zoom calls
Capture all work processes in thorough, well-written, and documentation
Maintain exceptional filing/organization of records with utmost attention to security and confidentiality of records
Required skills and abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication commensurate with expectations of representing and communicating with executive-level individuals
Empathetic, yet strong personality unfettered by opinions of others able to discern the best decision that supports the company, the team, and the client
Supervisory experience as this role may direct junior assistants, contractors, and other vendors as necessary.
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software, Zoom, and a CRM platform is a plus
Highly proactive, organized and loves to play at an A+ level
This is a part-time position that will turn into a Full-Time for the right person. An onsite position with remote work throughout the month.

Pay starts at $12/hr.
