Early Learner Assistant
Kumon is the world's largest supplemental education program. We are looking for an Early Learner Assistant that enjoys working with children and helping them achieve academic success. The Early Learner Assistant will work with preschool through 1st grade students and guide them in developing their pre-literacy and numeracy skills using the Kumon method. This is the ideal position for college students or adults seeking a part time position. Three days per week minimum is a must, no exceptions.
Qualifications:
Must enjoy and have the patience to work with young children.
Must be able to multi-task and work quickly while working one on one with multiple students.
Must have the ability to provide praise and encouragement to all students.
Must be punctual, well-organized and reliable.
School schedule cannot conflict with work hours.
*Former Kumon student a plus!
*Former Kumon grader experience a plus!
*Tutoring experience is a plus!
