PROWORX is an upcoming and growing provider of comprehensive residential/commercial maintenance services, specializing in gutter cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and handyman services. We take pride in enhancing the appearance and functionality of properties for homeowners and commercial property managers. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated team of 10 Sales Representatives to drive our door-to-door sales efforts.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at PROWORX, you will play a vital role in connecting with homeowners and commercial property managers to promote and sell our range of property maintenance services. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting persuasive presentations, and closing deals that add value to our clients' properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships, exceed targets, and contribute to the growth of a fresh, reputable, and long term property maintenance company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities to identify and engage potential clients for gutter cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and handyman services.
- Generate leads through strategic canvassing and networking efforts.
- Present our services to clients in an engaging and informative manner, highlighting the benefits and features of each offering.
- Address client inquiries and objections, offering solutions that align with their needs.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for success.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on service offerings and sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster positive relationships and secure repeat business.
- Represent PROWORX with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
- Basic interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Adaptability to different customer preferences and objections, coupled with excellent objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance services and a willingness to learn and understand the details of each offering.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and walking door-to-door to engage with clients.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
